Oversaw end-to-end communications for one of the UAE’s premier international sports events. I managed client communications, WTA liaison, press coordination, crisis comms, and oversaw editorial content quality – ensuring global coverage while maintaining the event’s reputation.
Highlights:
Directed award-winning crisis communications during a high-profile incident at the tournament, managing global media attention with calm, decisive messaging that protected the event’s reputation that earned a MEPRA Gold Award for Best Crisis Communications. Was also commissioned by Dubai Duty Free to produce two features for the official magazine.
